Assistant Site Manager

You will be the direct link between the Site Manager and Staticus operations on the field. It is a key post in ensuring the smooth execution of our ambitious projects. The job is as demanding as it is rewarding.

Tasks:

  • Communicate and coordinate Staticus‘ on-site actions with the largest construction companies in Northern Europe;
  • Meticulously plan and organize construction works on-site;
  • Establish, execute and control budget expenditure as well as submit update reports of construction works;
  • Extensive time spent abroad on-site.

Requirements:

  • Higher engineering education (preferably construction engineer);
  • Minimum 1-year experience in construction projects (project manager / work manager, etc.);
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams;
  • Strong planning, budget control, negotiation and conflict management skills;
  • Proficient knowledge of foreign languages ​​(English - compulsory, Swedish, Norwegian or Russian are recommended).
  • Excellent MS Office, AutoCad, Draw Reading and Editing Skills.
