Your future role
- To prepare estimations and commercial proposals.
- To calculate, systemize, analyze and add to the estimations the quantities of façade constructions.
- To prepare the requests for suppliers and subcontractors.
- To select materials for estimated works.
- To meet the needs of both our client and the company.
- To apply Agile principles when organizing and coordinating the estimation process of the façade for a particular project, ensuring quality assurance.
- Continuously initiate improvements and increase the efficiency of estimation processes in cooperation with Sales, Concept, Realization teams.
What do we expect from you?
- Have a successful experience of similar work (at least 5 years), work experience as a Bid manager would be an advantage.
- Have experience of working with façade systems and their components.
- Are capable to use one of the following programs: SchüCal; WICTOP and/or ReynaPro (CostX knowledge would be beneficial).
- Have the basics of AutoCAD and can read drawings.
- The ability to represent the company in English (at least B2 level).
- The ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and company partner.
- Good planning and time management, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and with others as part of a strong team.
