Your future role
- Project Collaboration and Implementation: Working together with a Senior Project Manager and other colleagues to successfully implement facade projects in the international market.
- Project Coordination: Coordinating different areas of the project assigned to you at various stages of implementation, including design, supply, production, logistics, and other project areas.
- Project Support and Oversight: Assisting Senior Project Manager in project planning, coordination, risk management, and budget and deadline control and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Proactively communicating and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gathering information, preparing reports and documents, and conducting data analysis.
- Meeting Organisation and Facilitation: Organising and facilitating project team meetings and taking minutes.
What do we expect from you?
- Educational Background: A higher education in construction/engineering.
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience working successfully in the construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of façade structures, systems, and technical requirements would be an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: The ability to represent the company in English (at least B2 level).
- Time Management and Analysis: Good time management and analytical skills.
- Documentation and Archiving Skills: The ability to prepare and archive project documentation correctly.
- Team Collaboration: A strong commitment to teamwork, with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive and passionate team environment.
