Staticus scope of works covers: Unitized Curtain Wall – 3 835 sqm (more than 650 Unit elements), Mullion-transom Curtain Wall – 3 117 sqm, Steel Structural Framing System for outer walls – 2 882 sqm, existing glass rainscreen replacement– 1.614 sqm, doors – ~20 pcs, Automatic Opening Vents – ~20 psc. Façade package total area is 11 472 sqm. Environmental requirement is BREEAM Excellent building certification.
