Our strategic roadmap for 2024–27

Staticus Strategy 2024–2027: Our Vision for the Future

We are proud to share the Staticus Strategy 2024–2027, outlining our vision, priorities and ambitions for the next four years. Building on the achievements of our first strategic cycle, this strategy sets out how we aim to develop our business, empower our people and contribute to the future of the façade industry.

Why Are We Sharing Our Business Strategy?

Publicly sharing a business strategy is not common practice in the façade industry. So why have we decided to do so?

The answer begins with transparency and collaboration.

We believe that greater openness about our goals, priorities and activities is essential for moving the industry forward and addressing future challenges.

We also want to recognise the many people who helped shape our strategy, including our clients, consultants and other stakeholders. Their insights and contributions have been central to defining our direction.

How We Developed the Staticus Strategy 2024–2027

The process included 10 months of strategy development, 77 stakeholder interviews, gathering valuable insights from clients, consultants and other partners and 3 development stages, beginning with brainstorming, followed by research and interviews, and concluding with finalisation workshops led by James Henderson from IMD Business School.

A Strategy Shaped by Our Stakeholders

As Staticus CEO Aušra Vankevičiūtė explains, the process would not have been possible without the openness and contributions of our stakeholders:

“We would like to say a huge thank you to all the stakeholders who were involved in this process. In particular, I would like to thank our clients who took part. They were extremely open in helping us find our new Must Win Battles.”

Our Five Strategic Priorities: Must Win Battles

The Staticus Strategy 2024–2027 is built around five strategic priorities, which we call Must Win Battles (MWBs).

  1. Smarter Work
  2. Empowering Culture
  3. Staticus Labs
  4. Staticus Care
  5. Boost Markets

Each Must Win Battle is supported by three strategic initiatives, translating our ambitions into focused areas of action.

Together, these five priorities provide a framework for how we intend to develop our operations, strengthen our culture, advance innovation and build lasting partnerships.
