We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Staticus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining HR administration records, and supporting employees with payroll-related matters. You will also play an active part in compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives, contributing to the smooth functioning of our HR and Finance operations.
Your future role
- Verify and maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
- Process monthly payroll, including calculations and recording of payroll deductions.
- Prepare and Submit internal and external reporting (reports, declarations to public institutions).
- Participate in company audits and other projects related with Finance department
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and related HR administration questions.
- Participate in and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll or a similar HR administration role.
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and labor regulations.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and critical thinking.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
