Staticus Mental Health

Initiatives to support employees at Staticus

We are embarking on a journey to prioritise the well-being of our most valuable asset – you. Our goal is to foster a culture of understanding, support, and resilience. We want to create an environment where every member of our team feels valued, heard, and empowered to prioritise their mental health.

Prioritising our mental health

What is mental health?

Mental health means feeling good on the inside. It is about managing our feelings and thoughts, and being able to cope with challenges in life. In the workplace, it refers to how we feel, how productive we are, and how we perform our tasks. When we have good mental health, we feel happier, more resilient, and better equipped to handle challenges.

Speak up. We’ll handle it with care.

We encourage each and every one of you to reach out for support when needed. Together, we can break down barriers, support one another, and cultivate a workplace where mental health is not just a priority, but a shared responsibility.

01The Anonymous Healthy Workplace Helpline
We introduced an anonymous form where employees can report concerns related to unsafe working environment or workplace.
At Staticus, the safety and well-being of our employees are key priorities. We understand the importance of maintaining a positive work environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. To further strengthen our commitment to creating a culture of safety, transparency and accountability, we are introducing the Healthy Workplace Helpline, an anonymous form where employees can report their concerns. The helpline provides a confidential space for reporting: an unsafe working environment concerns  or a workplace related concerns.
02Professional psychological/ psychotherapy consultations
3 remote or in-person consultations with a psychologist/psychotherapist
We are inviting you to contact our partners psychologists/psychotherapists, who welcome all colleagues for consultations at a convenient time and with utmost confidentiality.
03Mental Health Ambassadorship program
You can reach out our ambassadors depending in the way that's most comfortable for you.
Our dedicated team of Mental Health Ambassadors is committed to providing a safe space for you to express yourself, seek guidance, and find support on your mental health journey.

How does the campaign work in practice?

Our anonymous helpline is working in practice — here are a few real examples where concerns were raised and action was taken:

  • Unsafe packaging method

Employees raised concerns about unsafe packaging of large elements. A decision was made to reinforce the base of packaging in all such cases, ensuring safer transportation.
  • Inappropriate behaviour within the team

A report was received about inappropriate behaviour from a colleague. Discussions were organised with both employees and managers to address the situation and improve the team’s working environment.
  • Incorrectly mounted workplace lighting

In the welding department, a light fixture was installed too high, causing discomfort. It was repositioned to a suitable height, improving both working conditions and comfort.
  • Stress-inducing work environment

A TV screen in production was mounted too close to forklift traffic areas. It was relocated to a safer place, reducing stress and improving the overall work environment.
  • Safety rules not followed at leadership level

An employee noticed that when guiding visitors through high-noise areas, protective ear equipment was not always used. The situation was addressed, awareness was reinforced, and it was reminded that safety rules apply to everyone without exception.
  • → Let's build a safer work environment together.

Every concern raised is carefully reviewed and addressed. And it leads to real action.
