What to Expect: Our Hiring Journey

Application steps

We’re honest about having multiple steps – but we’re also lean and smart in how we run them. Sometimes steps are combined – the intro call might blend into an interview with your future manager; a technical evaluation or home assignment may happen during the call itself.

Whether you’re applying for a role in the office or production, here’s how we do it.

01Application
You’ll hear from us within 2 weeks
Your journey starts here. When you apply, our Talent Acquisition team treats your application like the first handshake - with attention, respect, and urgency. Every CV is reviewed by a real person, not a filter. We're looking not just at your experience, but also for potential, values alignment, and spark.
02Intro Call with Talent Acquisition Partner
15–30 min chat via phone or Teams
This is your space to ask questions and learn about us - not a test. We’ll walk you through the role, team, and what to expect. It’s also a chance for us to understand who you are beyond your CV.
03Interview with the Hiring Manager
1:1 or panel format depending on the role
This is where we dig into how you think, collaborate, and contribute. We explore your past challenges, decisions, and how you reflect on them. For leadership roles, we go deeper into how you grow people and shape culture. We don’t hire brilliant jerks. We hire people who elevate others and live our values.
04Home Assignment/Technical Evaluation
Realistic, role-specific task
We want to see you in action. This task mirrors challenges from the actual role - whether it’s problem-solving, planning, or communication. It's designed to give you a taste of the work, and give us insight into how you think. Competency over credentials - always.
05Final Discussion
A two-way mirror conversation
At this stage, we both know a lot more. This conversation is about mutual clarity: expectations, team dynamics, growth paths, feedback, and yes - any remaining questions. Sometimes it includes another leader or peer from the team. This isn’t just our decision - it’s yours too.
06Offer
If it’s a “hell yes,” we make it official
If we both feel it’s the right match, we move fast. You’ll receive a clear, fair offer that reflects your value and future with us. And even if the answer is “not now,” we’ll still provide honest, constructive feedback. Whether it’s yes or no, you’ll leave this process with clarity.
