We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in protecting our organisation’s digital assets against cyber threats, such as ransomware, phishing, etc., and ensuring the highest level of security across all aspects of Staticus IT infrastructure. Your future role
- Documentation and Compliance: Documentation Creation for ISO 27001, NIS2: Develop, implement and maintain documentation related to ISO 27001 compliance, including policies, procedures, and control measures.
- Certification Process Management: Oversee the certification process with external audit companies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, and NIS2 standards and facilitating the successful completion of audits.
- IT Security Support and Audit: Conduct regular audits of IT department security practices and systems to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
- Employee Cyber Security Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices, including phishing awareness, data protection, and incident response.
- Personalised Cyber Security Discussions: Engage in one-on-one discussions with employees to address their specific cyber security concerns, provide guidance, and promote a culture of security awareness.
What do we expect from you?
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with experience in cyber security roles.
- Certification Process Management: Experience managing certification processes with external audit companies.
- Communication and Technical Skills: Excellent communication in English (at least B2 level) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding server administration and workplace infrastructure to be able to find the best solutions for the company’s digital needs.
