5. The term of retention of your personal data and the principles of personal data safety

Your personal data shall not be stored longer than it is necessary for data processing purposes. Where personal data are no longer needed for the purposes of processing, or where the data subject requests the personal data to be removed, it will be erased immediately, except for those which must be transmitted to the public archives in the cases prescribed by law.

We confirm that data are processed at STATICUS in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling authorities. The company has all reasonable technical and administrative measures in place to protect our collected data from loss, unauthorized use and alteration. Our employees are committed in writing not to disclose or disseminate information received at the workplace to third parties, including information on job vacancies.

STATICUS ensures the security of premises where personal data is stored, appropriate layout and review of technical equipment, compliance with fire and safety rules, proper network management, maintenance of information systems and implementation of other technical measures necessary for the security of personal data. STATICUS must take measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unauthorized processing of personal data by protecting the documents and data files entrusted to it in a proper and safe manner.

In case of breach of personal data security, STATICUS informs the supervisory authority without undue delay and, if possible, within 72 hours after becoming aware of a breach of personal data security, unless the personal data breach should jeopardize the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Notifications in case of breach of personal data safety shall be made under the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).

STATICUS guarantees the implementation of these rights and the provision of any related information at your request or in case of your query:

  2. to have an access to my personal data and to be informed of how they are processed;
  3. to request the correction, destruction of your personal data or suspension of the processing of your personal data, save for the storage;
  4. to object against the processing of your personal data;
  5. to request to delete the data (the right to be forgotten);
  6. to request the portability of your personal data, namely, to allow you to access your personal data in the convenient form when you are provided with personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format;
  7. the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
