The construction project is divided into two stages and began in September 2019. Hötorgshus 1-4 are high-rise buildings built 50 year ago. Entire project completion is planned for 2022 and it will be both new space and content. The façades will
be replaced. Currently in Staticus premises Visual mock-up is in preparation for Building No 2. Aim is ventilated façade looking identically as previous façade, but modern, transparent façade system which can fulfill contemporary demands, such as energy-efficiency or the degree of visual contact.
