Not every façade project needs the same approach. Our portfolio-based structure groups projects into three portfolios, Major, Core and Lean, so each one gets the team, processes and level of focus it needs.

Three portfolios: Major, Core and Lean
- Major: our largest and most complex projects, with dedicated teams from design to handover.
- Core: mid-sized projects delivered with standardised processes.
- Lean: smaller scopes delivered with a lean, fast-moving team.
In 2025, Major projects made up 57% of our revenue, Core 35% and Lean 8%.

Clearer accountability, faster decisions, the right expertise on every project. It’s how we protect programme certainty across 19–23 projects in execution each year. The structure is part of our strategic roadmap for 2024–27.
