Marketing and Communications Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

As one of Northern Europe’s leading full-service façade contractors, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Communication Project Manager (Maternity Cover). In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies, engaging both external audiences and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include managing outreach to clients, partners, and media while ensuring consistent and transparent communication across the organization. Additionally, you will lead internal events and initiatives to foster a strong company culture and enhance employee engagement at all levels.


Your future role

  • Integrated Communication Implementation: Take full ownership of creating and delivering high-quality content (such as articles, blog posts, SoMe, etc.), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and brand messaging. 
  • Internal Communication Management: Organize and/or support bi-weekly company meetings, Town Halls, and other internal communications on the intranet, working closely with team members to assist colleagues in preparation. 
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Lead the development of marketing materials (including presentations, and other collateral) in collaboration with external partners like content writers and design agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful content aligned with brand standards. 
  • Employee Engagement and Internal Culture Initiatives: Initiate, organize, lead, and execute internal company initiatives, such as social responsibility projects, sports activities, and company events, to foster employee engagement. Lead efforts to unite and engage colleagues across offices, including Vilnius, London, Nordics, Vienna, and Basel, while strengthening a unified and shared company culture. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal. 
  • Project Management: Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills to manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline. 
  • Internal Communication: Ability to craft clear, engaging messages and maintain a consistent communication tone across various channels.   
  • External Communication: Proficiency in managing external communications, creating cohesive messaging for outside audiences, and maintaining the company’s public image.  
  • Marketing Skills: Experience in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to drive brand growth and engagement.  
  • Event Management: Proven expertise in organizing and executing corporate events and initiatives.  
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.  
  • Result-Oriented Mindset: Focus on achieving high-quality results and timely delivery. 
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality, with a keen eye for design and branding. 
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Collaborative mindset with a focus on adaptability and working well in a team environment.
