We are currently looking for a Quality Manager who will play a key role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards – every step of the way. From auditing production, installation or suppliers to supporting project teams with technical insights, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence. Your future role
- Project Quality Management: Manage assigned projects in the field of quality. Prepare and implement project-specific quality assurance plans and take proactive steps to secure successful project outcomes.
- Project Support and Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Teams to ensure quality requirements are met and risks are managed at every stage – from technical documentation analysis by reviewing technical façade solutions from quality perspective to organizing supplier evaluations and inspections.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Initiate, organize, and perform quality control of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products both in-house and at supplier sites. Conduct quality audits on production and installation stages to ensure compliance with project and company standards.
- Internal and External Audits: Lead internal quality audits and take part in external audits conducted by clients or accreditation bodies, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Employee Support and Consultation: Advise team members on quality assurance topics and internal procedures, helping to embed a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare audit reports and non-conformity assessments, ensuring issues are documented clearly and resolved effectively.
- Process and Procedure Improvement: Update and develop internal policies and process descriptions. Recommend improvements to enhance material, product, and process quality across the company
What do we expect from you?
- Education and Qualifications: Higher education in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or façade-related industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control processes, quality assurance standards, and audit methodologies. Familiarity with materials, products, and production processes relevant to façades is an advantage.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ability to prepare clear and well-structured audit reports, quality plans, and non-conformity analyses.
- Language and Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and represent the company in discussions with suppliers, auditors, and clients.
- Collaboration and Initiative: A proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

- Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary offer typically ranges from 2800 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience. For candidates in other countries, the salary offer will be determined using the same criteria, taking into account the local market conditions.
