Your future role
- Processing and verifying invoices received from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations of different countries.
- Communicating effectively with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to invoicing and timely payments.
- Preparing and issuing sales invoices to both internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required information.
- Reviewing submitted expense reports to ensure they comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure proper authorisation and supporting documentation.
- Performing other recurring monthly accounting tasks.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the accounting field.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP) processes. Familiarity with VAT requirements.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive, proactive, and open-minded approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

- Compensation: In Lithuania, the gross monthly salary typically ranges from 2,000 to 3,000 EUR. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s specific experience and competencies.
