We are looking for looking for a dynamic and strategic People & Business Partner to join our People team. In this role you will be a trusted advisor, leveraging your business acumen, people & project management skills to support leadership teams, project-based teams, talent development, and organizational performance.
Your future role
- People Advisor: Be a trusted business advisor on employee relation matters, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, business strategy, and focus.
- People & Team Development: Drive people development initiatives, including leadership development, team development, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- People & Team Engagement: Engage in regular formal and informal meetings with a colleague(s) to monitor their integration, engagement, and job satisfaction. Propose improvement initiatives when needed.
- Project Management: Lead and support People agenda related projects, and improvements of the employee journey, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
- Organisational Culture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an organisational culture of ownership, high performance, unity, and transparency.
- Data utilization: Utilize People analytics and data-driven insights to enhance business decision-making.
- Talent Acquisition: Occasionally participate in the hiring process of higher complexity roles to ensure high Talent density.
- Growth: Be up to date with worldwide business practices, especially people management, and leadership, and share the knowledge with impact across the Organisation.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience: Professional experience as a People (HR) Business Partner, ideally in an international or multinational setting.
- Facilitation skills: Great facilitation skills and the ability to work with complex team dynamics.
- Business orientation: A sharp business mindset, ensuring People strategies align with overall business goals.
- Organisational skills: Hands-on experience in project management, leading and delivering impactful HR initiatives.
- Data acumen: A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with the ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of Labor Law: Mid-level knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law. Familiarity with international labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Cognitive Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while juggling multiple priorities.
- Curiosity: A natural (professional) curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Recruitment experience: Strong skills in conducting interviews for complex roles.
- Hands-on approach: Confidence in identifying risks, speaking up, and tackling complex problems when needed.
- Location: You are located in Lithuania and prefer a hybrid work arrangement.

- Remuneration: In Lithuania, for this position is from 3000 EUR/gross, the salary offer will depend on your experience within the field.
