As a Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of production projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your future role
- Managing projects from A to Z – from preparation to end of production, ensuring budget adherence and deadline control.
- Production schedule coordination is a close collaboration with the project team to achieve optimal production flow.
- Representation of production in meetings – participation in project meetings and representation of production interests throughout the cycle.
- Monitoring and resolving non-conformities means promptly responding to problems, analyzing them and initiating solutions.
- Process improvement – analysis of production processes and initiation and implementation of efficiency activities.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in production or project management.
- Understanding how production processes work and how to organize them efficiently.
- Ability to read drawings and use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, especially in the context of project discussions.
- Organizational skills, responsibility, and the team is your strength.

- Compensation. In Lithuania salary for this position ranges 4000 – 4500 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
