We are looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing international organisation. You will become part of a supportive and trust-based People team, where ideas are welcomed, initiative is encouraged, and ownership truly matters.
This is a hands-on recruitment role with plenty of freedom to shape how things are done. You will work closely with People Partners and hiring managers, supporting recruitment across Lithuania, while also contributing to selected international hiring projects. If you enjoy variety, value autonomy, and like building things rather than just maintaining them – this role is for you.

- Represent the organisation professionally and build and maintain relationships with external partners, including employment agencies, labour market organisations, and educational institutions.
