We are looking for a proactive Category Procurement & Supply Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and contribute to Staticus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned procurement categories, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services for our projects. Working closely with project teams, production, logistics, quality, and finance, you will play a key role in keeping our supply chain efficient and reliable.

Your future role

• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for assigned material and service categories
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions
• Running procurement processes, preparing supplier inquiries, comparing commercial offers, and ensuring technical compliance
• Coordinating material deliveries to support project, production, and installation schedules
• Monitoring procurement status, identifying risks, and proactively resolving supply chain issues
• Managing supplier contracts and maintaining accurate procurement documentation
• Collaborating closely with project teams, logistics, warehouse, quality, and finance departments to ensure smooth procurement operations
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or a similar role 
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional-level English, both written and spoken
