Project Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Procurement Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our international façade projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement and supply activities for an assigned project, working closely with suppliers and project teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and wants to contribute to innovative and impactful projects across Europe.

We are preferably looking for candidates based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas), while also considering candidates based in London, UK, or Treviso Province, Italy.


Your future role

  • Development and implementation of the procurement strategy and process for an assigned project.
  • Management of large-scale international suppliers and partners. A single project may require you to cooperate with 20–35 suppliers from across Europe.
  • Close coordination of procurement and supply activities with the project team to ensure materials and services are delivered according to project requirements and deadlines.
  • Identification, evaluation and selection of new suppliers, as well as analysis and comparison of supplier offers.
  • Negotiation of commercial and supply conditions, including prices, lead times and contractual terms.
  • Identification and assessment of procurement and supply risks, as well as claim management.

What we expect from you?

  • 4–5 years of experience in project procurement management, preferably within the construction, façade, manufacturing or a similar project-based industry.
  • Proven experience managing procurement activities for complex, large-scale projects.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and partners across different European markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make commercially sound, cost-effective decisions.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management, contract negotiations and claim management.
  • An independent, organised and results-oriented approach, with a good understanding of project management processes.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation and time-management skills.
  • Fluent English (at least B2 level) and confidence representing the company in negotiations and communication with international partners.
  • Flexibility, ownership and the ability to quickly assess situations and effectively solve problems.
  • Willingness to work in an international environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams.

  • Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary typically ranges from €3,500 to €5,200 gross/month, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. For candidates based in the UK or Italy, compensation will be determined individually based on the respective local market.
