Staticus has secured the contract with Skanska to deliver a 4250 m² façade for the Iva Ostra Hospital, a healthcare facility in Gothenburg, Sweden. 

Developed by Västra Götaland Region and Västfastigheter, this project will be an important addition to Swedish healthcare infrastructure. The hospital is expected to be completed in 2028, and Staticus’ façade scope is planned for delivery in 2026. 

Key features of the Iva Ostra Hospital include: 

– High quality and robust solutions designed for long-term performance in a critical healthcare environment 
– A sustainable design using two separate aluminium systems to support energy efficiency and reduce embodied CO₂ 
– Recycled aluminium materials and enamelled glass panels in six shades of green, complemented by a 140 m² art project on the courtyard glass
