We are looking for a colleague to assist in managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for the company’s operations in Lithuania and other countries.
Your future role
- Sales Invoicing: Issuance of sales invoices across Staticus Group companies.
- Invoice Processing: Processing invoices until the release of payment across Staticus Group companies.
- Expense Monitoring: Monitoring of travel expenses and advance business expenses for departments.
- Tax Reporting: Preparation and review of VAT declarations, other tax settlements, and forms.
- Month-End Closing: Oversee monthly closing in accordance with local legislation and the requirements of the Staticus Group.
- Annual Reports Preparation: Oversee monthly closing in accordance with local legislation and the requirements of the Staticus Group, perform Month End journal entries.
- Accounting Data Management: Processing, systematization, and preparation of accounting data and reports, etc.
- Statistical Reporting: Preparation and submission of reports to the Department of Statistics.
What do we expect from you?
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
- Accounting Knowledge: Good knowledge and understanding of close and period-end reporting, balance sheet account reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Personal Attributes: Proactivity, positiveness, open-mindedness, and result-oriented focus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and company partners. At least B2 English level for clear and impactful interactions.
