We are looking for a colleague to assist in managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for the company’s operations in Lithuania and other countries.


Your future role

  • Accounting Data Control: Control of accounting data in compliance with accounting standards and the company’s accounting policies.
  • Tax Reporting: Preparation and review of VAT declarations, other tax settlements, and forms.
  • Month-End Closing: Month-end closing procedures, including the control of balances in purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Annual Reports Preparation: Collection and preparation of data for annual financial and corporate income tax reports.
  • Sales Invoicing: Issuance of sales invoices.
  • Purchase Invoice Administration: Administration of purchase invoices.
  • Expense Monitoring: Monitoring of travel expenses and advance business expenses for departments.
  • System Implementation Support: Assistance in the implementation and testing of new systems.
  • Process Improvement: Review of processes and proposals for improvements and changes to existing procedures.
  • Accounting Data Management: Processing, systematisation, and preparation of accounting data and reports, etc.
  • Statistical Reporting: Preparation and submission of reports to the Department of Statistics.

What do we expect from you?

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Good knowledge and understanding of close and period-end reporting. Proficiency in balance sheet account reconciliations and general ledger accounting. Good knowledge of accounting and legal tax requirements (import VAT, VAT, income tax, etc.).
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactivity, positiveness, open-mindedness, and result-oriented focus.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and company partners. At least B2 English level for clear and impactful interactions.
