As a Business Process Partner, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency throughout our business. You will be in charge of mapping, documenting, optimising, and monitoring business processes to ensure they correspond with Staticus’ strategic objectives and the overall workflow of the company.
Your future role
- Business Process Mapping: Lead the documentation of current and future-state business processes in collaboration with department heads and key stakeholders. Capture detailed information through workshops and create clear, standardised flowcharts.
- Process Documentation Management: Maintain a centralised repository of process documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
- Process Optimization: Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, by proposing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement, while supporting the implementation of these recommendations.
- KPI Development and Monitoring: Establish clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each business process. Regularly track and analyse performance, providing stakeholders with reports that highlight areas for improvement and ensure alignment with operational and business objectives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Implement clear communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed of new, modified, or discontinued processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in process mapping, process standardisation, and maintaining version-controlled documentation.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English at C1 level or higher.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in process analysis, data analysis, and root cause identification.
- Technical Competencies: Experience with process optimization and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- KPI Monitoring: Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals through the full value chain.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritise multiple process-related projects. Strong document management skills, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of process documentation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective in team collaboration, conflict resolution, and leading change initiatives that align with different stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead workshops, and communicate process changes.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and focused on delivering results.

- Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary offer typically ranges from 3500 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience. For candidates in other countries, the salary offer will be determined using the same criteria, taking into account the local market conditions.
