Corporate Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Legal Counsel to join our growing team at Staticus, one of the largest and most innovative façade contractors in Northern Europe. In this role, you will provide critical legal support to our day-to-day business operations and help ensure that our activities comply with applicable legal requirements across all our markets. 


Your future role

  • Provide proactive and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of business matters. 
  • Monitor, interpret, and advise on relevant legislation and regulatory developments in Lithuania and other Staticus markets. 
  • Oversee and support the implementation of Staticus Group’s legal compliance initiatives, particularly in the areas of personal data protection (GDPR), business ethics, and corporate governance. 
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including commercial contracts, corporate documents, and internal policies, in both Lithuanian and English. 
  • Support the resolution of business, contractual, and legal disputes, including direct participation in negotiations where required. 
  • Manage relationships and coordinate activities with external law firms and legal advisors, both locally and internationally. 
  • Provide day-to-day legal assistance to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and contribute to broader legal and compliance projects across the Group. 
  • Take ownership of diverse legal matters, offering an excellent opportunity to broaden your legal expertise and grow professionally within an international environment. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Have at least a bachelor’s degree in law. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field in a law company or as an in-house counsel. Legal experience in the field of construction, engineering, or manufacturing would be an advantage. 
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English and Lithuanian. 
  • Good computer literacy skills, the ability to effectively utilize AI in daily tasks to enhance efficiency and support legal processes 
  • Have an excellent knowledge in general corporate and commercial law as well as personal data protection regulations (GDPR). 
  • Show proactivity and high sense of ownership. 
  • Be able to perform duties independently. 
  • Willingness, and initiative to own legal issues across different jurisdictions, drive projects and collaborate with team members across the business.

  • Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary offer typically ranges from 3000 EUR to 4800 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
