Your future role
- Client Engagement and Vision Realization: Helping architects and clients turn their vision into reality.
- Effective Communication and Representation: Communicating effectively with colleagues and company partners.
- Technical Drawing and Design: Preparing detailed technical/architectural design drawings and ensuring designs meet architectural requirements, technical standards, and specifications.
- Structural Analysis and Oversight: Performing necessary static calculations and supervising/evaluating calculations performed by structural engineers.
- Technical Documentation Management: Preparing technical documentation and presenting technical documentation to external partners.
- Process Improvement: Improving design processes, internal standards, and tools, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
What do we expect from you?
- Education and Qualifications: A higher education in engineering.
- Professional Experience: Successful work experience as an engineer-constructor/designer in the field of facade structures (over 4 years).
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the main technical standards and rules related to the design of facades, windows, and doors as well as familiarity with all the main operational parameters in facades.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to work with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and/or Inventor programs.
- Technical Documentation Skills: Ability to prepare technical documentation.
- Language and Communication: Ability to communicate well in English and professionally represent the company when interacting with external partners and suppliers. Ability to communicate well in German or French is considered an advantage.
- Time Management: Excellent time planning skills and ability to plan efficiently.
