We are currently looking for a People Partner who will play a key role in strengthening leadership, team performance, and employee growth across the organization. As the main partner to leaders and employees, you’ll support managers in building strong teams, ensure people processes run smoothly, and contribute to creating an engaging and inspiring workplace across our international group. Your future role

Leadership Partnership

  • Partner with leaders as their primary People contact – advising, coaching, and supporting them in all people matters.
  • Help managers navigate everyday challenges and complex situations, from employee relations to team performance and engagement.

People Processes

  • Drive and continuously improve people processes across the full employee journey – recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Lead hiring for key positions, working closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition colleagues to attract and select the right people.

Employee Experience

  • Work directly with employees to ensure engagement, effective performance and continuous growth.
  • Initiate or co-lead people programs that make a difference – from leadership development to employee experience.

Collaboration & Impact

  • Collaborate across different countries in our international group, building modern people practices.
  • Use the freedom and ownership you’ll have to create, shape, and make a real impact on how people experience work in our company.

What do we expect from you?

  • People Partner experience: Solid experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Leadership support: Proven experience partnering with leaders to drive team performance, engagement, and growth.
  • HR processes: Hands-on experience improving People processes across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and engagement. Experience leading or supporting hiring for key positions.
  • Labor law knowledge: Mid-level knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; familiarity with international labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong skills in Lithuanian and English, able to build trust and collaborate at all levels.
  • Analytical skills: Comfortable using people analytics and data to inform decisions.
  • Adaptability & problem-solving: Experienced in fast-paced, changing environments; confident in addressing complex challenges.
  • Growth mindset: Eagerness to learn, explore best practices, and continuously improve people processes.
