Your future role

  • Data Management. Organize and manage data in various databases and systems. Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to facilitate data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Administration of the ERP system. Enter data into the ERP system responsibly and accurately, according to the provided requirements and deadlines. Regularly check and review the information in the ERP system, identify and correct errors and discrepancies. Perform data corrections and updates based on information received from other departments or management.
  • Document Control. Ensure proper structure and organization of documents and files within the project environment, so that documents are easily accessible and managed according to established standards. Coordinate the review and signing of documents among relevant stakeholders. Ensure that the project environment complies with company policies, data security requirements, and audit standards.

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven successful experience working with extensive internal data management and platforms such as SNOX and PDM.
  • Ability to communicate in English at no less than a B1 level.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work with multiple sources of information and data.
  • Skilled in structuring data and drawing conclusions or making suggestions based on analysis.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office tools, especially advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Fluent communication skills, well-developed problem-solving abilities, and effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to teach and mentor others.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • In Lithuania, the compensation offer typically ranges within 1700-2900 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience. For candidates in other countries, the salary offer will be determined using the same criteria, taking into account the local market conditions.
