Hello, I’m Martynas, and I’m the Head of Workshop Design here at Staticus. We are one of the largest full-service façade contractors in Northern Europe. We design, produce and install curtain walls that are distinctive and sustainable, all delivered using the most advanced technologies available. Your future role

  • Data management: Bringing the data of materials intended for the production of the façade into the company’s internal information system and their administration.
  • Data analysis: Creating reports, providing proposals for process improvement.
  • Formation of orders: formation of material purchase orders in the internal Information System and timely notification to the Supply Department.
  • Material management: Effectively manage ordered materials (analysis of warehouse stock balances).
  • Internal Systems Administration: Data collection and integration into additional systems used by the company (Dalux, PDM, KMUKS)
  • Collaboration: Timely completion of assigned tasks, targeted communication with responsible departments.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience: Successful experience in data administration, procurement or supply in a company operating in a similar field.
  • Technical experience: Data administration (export/import) skills when working with ERP systems.
  • Computer literacy: Skilled in handling computer programs, such as MS Excel program packages (SUMIF(S), VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal departments and stakeholders, as well as have great organisational and time management skills.
  • Task management: Ability to perform tasks persistently and attentively, take initiative and work independently or work with a team result orientation.
