We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our team at Staticus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining HR administration records, and supporting employees with payroll-related matters. You will also play an active part in compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives, contributing to the smooth functioning of our HR and Finance operations.
Your future role
We are looking for a payroll and HR administration profesional who is going to cover Payroll and HR administration actions for posted workers:
- Verify and maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
- Manage and maintan payroll processing schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Audit all payroll calculations to ensure earnings are calculated correctly and in accordance with country specific rules and process monthly payroll.
- Verify deductions for social security, income tax, pension, to ensure each are applied accurately and in accordance with country-specific requirements.
- Prepare and submit internal and external reporting (reports, declarations to public institutions).
- Maintain and verify all country specific reporting including payroll tax filings, year-end statements, etc.
- Participate in company audits and other projects related with HR administration and Payroll Division.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and related HR administration questions.
- Participate in and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality relative to personal data maintained within the HRIS system.
- Collaborate closely with others departments.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll.
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and labor regulations.
- B2-level written and spoken English communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and critical thinking.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
