Team Lead of the Material Preparation

Your future role

  • Document and Data Management. Entering information into internal systems, preparing warehouse performance reports. 
  • Team Management and Resources. Assigning operations to team members, planning resources, team development, and monitoring working hours. 
  • Planning. Creating work plans and ensuring their execution, collaborating with the warehouse manager and production on priorities, ordering necessary materials and tools. 
  • Quality Assurance. Checking material quality before and after processing, identifying and recording discrepancies, reporting issues. 
  • Work Safety. Conducting safety checks, ensuring personal protective equipment, maintaining a safe work environment. 
  • Process Improvement. Continuously evaluating processes and increasing efficiency, implementing changes. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Work Experience. Leadership experience in the production sector using coaching and other methods (warehouse management experience is an advantage). 
  • Computer Literacy. Experience using warehouse management systems (e.g., Equinox) and MS Office programs. 
  • Education. A degree in business management or logistics is an advantage. 
  • Communication Skills. Ability to communicate effectively with people, work both in a team and independently, and communicate in English (B1-B2 level) and Lithuanian. 
  • Change Management and Result Orientation. Ability to initiate and successfully implement changes, with a clear focus on achieving goals and organising work efficiently.
