I am looking for a new team member. As an HR Administration Specialist, you will ensure HR compliance and top-notch employee experience from the very first steps at Staticus. Working together with People and other team members you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality HR documentation in place, related process improvements and employee consultations.


Your future role

  • Legal Compliance in International HR Documentation: Ensure high quality HR documentation internally and via umbrella companies, including GDPR compliance in HR documentation.
  • Employee Benefits’ Administration: Ensure employee benefits are administrated in all countries where our company operates.
  • Administration of Internal Policies: Ensure that all needed policies are up to date, acknowledged and relevant to our employees
  • Administration of Migration Documentation: Supporting the process of issuing visas and mediation letters for our international colleagues under the demand.
  • Administration of Organisational Set-up: Ensuring that information is updated regarding the changes in organisational structure.
  • Ensuring Employee First Line Support for People Related Questions: Provide the support to employees with questions related to labor law, days off (leaves), GDPR, HR systems, documentation, etc. In cooperation with Marketing team, prepare educational material if needed.
  • Ensuring HR Reporting: Provide HR reporting internally under the demand or to the related Institutions.
  • Initiating and Participating in Process Improvement Initiatives: Timely proposing ideas for more efficient workflow within related field.
  • Being a Role-model of Staticus Culture: Be a partner in collaboration within the organisation – to other team members of People team, and with other parts of the organisation.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience: A track record of at least 3 years in HR administration is expected. Experience in international HR administration will be considered as an advantage.
  • Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law is a must. Basic understanding of EEA Labour Law would be an advantage. Experienced in handling HR documentation (employee onboarding, offboarding, related changes) is a key factor for success in this position. Knowledge of core requirements for storing documentation is also expected. Knowledge of payroll documentation and processes would serve as a significant advantage.
  • Technology and Tools: Skilled in working with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with tools such as Vikarina, Vecticum would be useful. A proven ability to implement new technologies/systems would be an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: We expect you to be fluent in Lithuanian, and your level of English is no less than B2. We expect you to exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, and written communication skills for drafting emails, reports, and other documentation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong connections and relationships with your fellow professionals, and to be team-oriented, sharing information and being proactive.
  • Analytical and Strategic Skills: We expect you to be able to think analytically and systematize data you receive and use it efficiently.
  • Task Management Skills: The ability to manage different tasks concurrently, and a willingness to take the initiative, act autonomously or collab with internal teams, in a result-oriented manner.
  • Readiness to Learn: We expect you to commit to ongoing learning, and stay updated on trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Education: A university degree in a related field would be an advantage.
  • Location: You are located in Vilnius, Lithuania and enjoy working from the office at least 4 days a week.

  • Remuneration: For this position is from 2100 EUR/gross, salary offer will depend on your experience within the field.
