We have been selected by long-standing partner Skanska Sverige AB to design, manufacture and install the façade for Roxtec’s new head office on Verkö, Karlskrona – a six-storey building, designed by AL Studio, with a cylindrical form that widens with each floor on a cantilevered plan. Every floor will be lit at night, giving it a striking presence within Verkö’s port and industrial area.
Our scope covers 3,826 m² of façade, including around 300 m² of fire-rated stick façade at the glazed walkways connecting the new building to Roxtec’s existing. The client has also specified self-cleaning glass across the whole building – a technology that makes this a technically interesting build for our team.
The project adds to our footprint in Sweden, alongside our work in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Huddinge, Malmö and beyond. We look forward to getting started.
