Vista is over 35,600 m² high-performance façade, a high-profile mixed-use development on London’s iconic South Bank. It will also be the largest Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) Staticus has delivered and the first CCF project in the UK.

Over 50% of the façade will be CCF, with Staticus also delivering soffits, balconies, balustrades, doors, and stick façade in this complex, large-scale project.

Main contractor Multiplex is handling the project for developers Mitsubishi Estate London and Collaborative Real Estate (CO-RE), with an expected completion date set for 2029. Staticus expects to begin production in 2027 and commence installation later that year, with façade completion set for 2028.

Designed by Make Architects, Vista is set to breathe new life into the old ITV Studios site at 72 Upper Ground on the South Bank. This impressive 88,000 m² mixed-use development will feature a 25-storey tower seamlessly connected to two other buildings standing at 14 and 6 storeys tall. They will all rest on a spacious 6-storey podium.

The development will offer 640,000 sq ft of office space, along with retail space, landscaped garden squares, and a public rooftop terrace and restaurant offering stunning views of the Thames. The centerpiece of this project is the London Studios, a dedicated 40,000 sq ft hub for grassroots artists and independent cultural producers.
