We are currently looking for a Project Supply Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of projects by ensuring efficient materials supply chain management, strong collaboration with suppliers, and close cooperation with project teams.
Your future role
Acting as the supply chain representative within the assigned project.
Searching for, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing suppliers, including negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.
Managing the procurement and supply processes: sending inquiries, comparing quotations, aligning technical specifications.
Preparing, reviewing, and managing supply contracts.
Monitoring the materials supply process from order placement to delivery to production, and promptly resolving any supply disruptions.
Coordinating orders, materials stock levels, buffers, and logistics within the project.
Checking and administering invoices and allocating costs across projects.
Identifying and managing risks within the supply chain.
Communicating continuously with project teams, production, logistics, and quality control departments.
Improving supply processes and proposing initiatives to increase efficiency.
What we expect from you?
You have 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or project management (experience in a manufacturing company would be a strong advantage).
Strong English skills (at least B2) and fluent Lithuanian skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various work-related systems and software.
Good understanding of technical material specifications and the ability to learn quickly.
Confidence in analysing supplier proposals, negotiating terms, and managing supply chain processes.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and task-prioritisation abilities.
Effective collaboration with project teams and other departments.
Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues’ development.
