We are currently looking for an experienced and decisive Head of Warehouse to lead our warehouse operations in Šventininkai within a production-driven environment, while collaborating closely with colleagues based in our Vilnius office. This role is critical in ensuring efficient material flow, well-organized workloads, and a motivated team that supports our manufacturing and project delivery processes. 


Your future role

  • Lead and oversee all warehouse operations within a production company environment 
  • Organize, plan, and balance daily and long-term workloads to ensure uninterrupted production 
  • Ensure efficient material handling, storage, and internal logistics aligned with production schedules 
  • Make fast, well-founded operational decisions in a dynamic environment 
  • Lead, motivate, and empower warehouse teams, fostering accountability and ownership 
  • Set clear priorities, performance standards, and operational procedures 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and process optimization 
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality teams 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures 
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements based on operational data 
  • Participate in audits and operational improvement projects 

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven experience as a Head of Warehouse, Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a production or manufacturing company 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations supporting manufacturing processes 
  • Demonstrated ability to organize workload efficiently and optimize resources 
  • Ability to make quick, pragmatic decisions in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience in leading, developing, and empowering teams 
  • English language skills required for internal communication and documentation 
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a high sense of ownership and responsibility 
  • Good communication and collaboration skills across departments 
  • Availability to work primarily on-site at the warehouse in Šventininkai, with regular collaboration and coordination with the Vilnius office.
