We are excited to announce that we have now signed the contract to deliver the unitised aluminium façade for The Roots, a new office building in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
Developed by BPI Real Estate and designed by ArtBuild, The Roots aims to set a new benchmark for sustainable offices in a market where ambitious carbon targets are still self-driven rather than legally required. As a façade contractor, we are helping turn these voluntary commitments into measurable results – tracking them live with our Staticus XD tool to ensure every goal is achieved.
The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and reflects a shared vision of high quality, innovation, and genuine sustainability.
Key features of The Roots include:
- Low-carbon aluminium with more than 75% post-consumer scrap, significantly reducing the embodied carbon of the façade.
- A refined architectural expression by ArtBuild, combining a champagne-toned powder-coated frame profile with warm white metal sheet applications that elegantly frame the glazed areas.
