We are currently looking for a Head of Facility to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of company facilities and infrastructure, supporting business continuity and workplace effectiveness. You will lead the strategic management of assets, oversee maintenance and infrastructure development, and collaborate across teams to align facilities with evolving business needs and sustainability goals.
Your future role
Lead full lifecycle management of STATICUS Group assets (buildings, engineering systems, fleet, equipment), ensuring high availability and operational reliability.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategy and Asset Lifecycle Management practices.
Align infrastructure with evolving business needs, including hybrid work model and workspace efficiency.
Own OPEX and CAPEX planning, ensure cost control, and provide ROI/NPV-based investment recommendations.
Establish and monitor KPI system (asset availability, energy performance, budget accuracy, supplier performance).
Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and KPI-based contractor management.
Ensure compliance with technical, fire safety, HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Experience implementing smart building or advanced FM technologies is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (technical maintenance, fire safety, HSE, environmental).
Data-driven mindset with ability to build KPIs and use reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, adaptable, and capable of making decisions in complex environments.
