We are looking for a colleague who will play an active role in ensuring the safety of employees across the company’s production facilities, warehouses, and construction sites in Lithuania and other countries where we operate. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Health & Safety, contributing to a safer and healthier workplace.
Your future role
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental legislation and implement these requirements within the company
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety policies and related processes
Regularly visit the company’s production departments and construction sites to ensure that legal and internal company requirements and standards are followed at workplaces
Provide practical recommendations to teams and managers
Prepare and update documentation related to occupational safety and health, fire safety, and submit environmental reports in the GPAIS system
Organize employee health check-ups in accordance with legal requirements and within set deadlines
Organize and implement preventive measures for accidents and occupational diseases; investigate incidents and accidents
Prepare and organize training and informational sessions for employees, and provide consultations on various occupational health and safety matters
What do we expect from you?
Proven work experience in the field of occupational health and safety (experience in construction and manufacturing companies is an advantage)
Solid knowledge of occupational safety, health, and fire safety laws (knowledge of safety requirements in foreign countries is an advantage)
Certified occupational health and safety specialist qualification and a university degree
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Category B driver’s license
Ability to work both in a team and independently, and are responsible and diligent
Efficiency in planning your tasks, setting priorities, and adapting to changing conditions
Curiosity, interest in innovations, and being initiative

Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary offer typically ranges 2800 – 3700 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
