We are looking for an ambitious Legal Counsel to join our team and contribute to Staticus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth legal support across day-to-day operations and helping the business navigate the legal landscape in Lithuania and other markets where Staticus operates.

Your future role

• Supporting the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) on a daily basis and participating in various legal and compliance projects across the Group
• Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal departments on a wide range of legal matters
• Monitoring, analysing, and advising on legal and regulatory changes in Lithuania and other Staticus markets
• Coordinating the implementation of the Staticus Group’s legal compliance programme, especially in the areas of personal data protection (GDPR), business ethics, and corporate governance
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including commercial contracts, internal policies, and corporate documentation, in both Lithuanian and English
• Contributing to the resolution of business, contractual, and legal disputes, and actively participating in negotiations
• Collaborating with and coordinating the work of external legal service providers in Lithuania and abroad

What do we expect from you?

• A degree in Law (Bachelor’s or higher)
• At least 2 years of legal work experience in the private sector (experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage)
• Solid knowledge of corporate and commercial law, as well as personal data protection regulations (GDPR)
• Strong computer literacy, including the ability to use digital tools (e.g. AI) to enhance daily work efficiency
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and professional-level English (C1), both written and spoken
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and external legal advisors
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to take responsibility for legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and proactively solve legal challenges
