Your future role

  • Prepare production orders and plan their execution based on available resources.
  • Optimize raw material usage and ensure smooth information flow with the warehouse and processing departments.
  • Monitor task progress, manage data, and maintain production schedules.
  • Collaborate with production project managers, warehouse, processing, and design teams regarding order progress, changes, and priorities.
  • Resolve discrepancies and adapt to changing project requirements.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in the manufacturing field (engineering position – an advantage).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work with MS Office programs.
  • Clear and professional communication in English (spoken and written) and Lithuanian.
  • Ability to work in a team, solve problems, and strive toward shared goals.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, planning skills, and structured thinking.
