As a Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of production projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  


Your future role

  • Plan and manage the entire production project from start to finish, ensuring budgets are maintained and controlled throughout the project.
  • Establish an optimal production schedule for the project in coordination with the project team.
  • Initiate and moderate the project’s production readiness, including setting targets.
  • Represent production at assigned project meetings throughout the project production cycle.
  • Administer the database of production tasks, controlling the receipt, assignment and implementation of tasks in the project.
  • Ensure effective and quality long-term and operational planning of production resource requirements for assigned projects and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure timely and effective tracking of discrepancies in the assigned project production value chain throughout the project production cycle, monitor the quality of closure of discrepancies, and inform the line managers of the divisions of the discrepancies that have occurred.
  • Ensure that project team members follow the established working procedures to ensure project efficiency.
  • Along with a diverse and stimulating programme, the Performance Based Façade Design initiative will also be a rich knowledge-sharing opportunity.

What do we expect from you?

  • A higher education in engineering.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Have an understanding of the organisation of production processes.
  • Able to read and analyse drawings.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other team members for optimal results.
  • Have a good knowledge of English.
  • Be independent, responsible and have good planning skills.

  • In Lithuania, the salary offer typically ranges from 3500 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience. For candidates in other countries, the salary offer will be determined using the same criteria, taking into account the local market conditions.
