Your future role

  • Maintaining customer relations and ensuring effective communication: Every project we work on is unique and bespoke. And there are multiple parties involved – the main contractors, façade consultants, the investors, world-famous architects, and more. You will need to develop strong and effective working relations with all project stakeholders, and ensure they are informed and updated as the project progresses.
  • Project planning, coordination, risk management, and budget and deadline control and reporting: You will take full ownership of major façade projects within the French- speaking market and, where relevant, other European countries. Projects typically range from 5 – 30 million EUR in value and may run for up to three years. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, risk management, budget control, and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination of the project team: You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Staticus project team. All of our projects are managed using Agile principles and practices.

What do we expect from you?

  • Educational Background. A higher education degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven Experience. At least 5 years of experience in successfully managing Facade projects as a project manager in the French-speaking market.
  • Legislative Knowledge. Strong understanding of construction-related legislation, compliance standards, and regulatory processes applicable to French-speaking European countries.
  • Project Management Skills. Experience in managing 5 – 30 million EUR worth facade projects. Expertise working in planning, budget management, and negotiation, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Language Proficiency. Fluent in English and French. Proficiency in an additional language, such as German, or Dutch is an advantage.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of uniting and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning team efforts toward common goals.
