As a Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of production projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  

Your future role

• Managing projects from start to finish – from preparation to production conclusion, ensuring budget adherence and deadline control.
• Coordinating production schedules – close collaboration with the project team to ensure optimal workflow.
• Representing production in meetings – participating in project discussions and representing production interests throughout the entire cycle.
• Monitoring for discrepancies and resolving them – responding promptly to problems, analyzing them, and initiating solutions.
• Process improvement – analyzing production processes and initiating and implementing efficiency-enhancing activities.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in production or project management.
• Understanding of how production processes work and how to organize them efficiently.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, especially in project discussions.
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork.
