Staticus is one of the largest full-service façade contractors in Europe. We achieve this by combining our more than 20 years of experience with an innovative and agile approach. We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Specialist to join our HR team at Staticus.

Your main focus will be recruitment for a variety of roles, working closely with hiring managers to attract and select the right candidates. You will also support day-to-day HR activities, including HR systems administration, documentation, and other HR processes.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working with people, pays attention to detail, and wants to develop broader HR skills.

Your future role

Recruitment:

• Manage recruitment processes for a variety of blue-collar and white-collar positions, from production and warehouse to engineering and office roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels; review CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate selection processes and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support selected international recruitment projects and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.

HR Administration & Support:

• Maintain accurate information in recruitment and HR systems.
• Prepare and organise HR documentation and support the administration of HR tools and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Support HR initiatives and help improve everyday HR processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Good knowledge labor regulations.
• B2 written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Availability to work on-site.

• Compensation: €2,300–€2,700 gross per month, depending on your skills and experience.
